Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By registering for or using SalonFirst, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

SalonFirst provides salon and spa management tools including customer CRM, appointment bookings, WhatsApp campaigns, and Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads integration.

3. Pilot Programme

SalonFirst is currently in a pilot programme. During this period, all registered salons receive full Growth tier access at no charge. We will provide reasonable advance notice before any billing begins.

4. Account Responsibilities

• ·You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• ·You must provide accurate information during registration.
• ·One account per salon. Do not share credentials across organisations.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use SalonFirst to:

• ·Send unsolicited messages (spam) via WhatsApp or SMS.
• ·Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy or Facebook Platform Terms.
• ·Process personal data of individuals under 18 without verifiable parental consent.
• ·Reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

SalonFirst retains all rights to the platform, software, and branding. Your salon's data remains yours — we do not claim ownership of any data you enter into the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

SalonFirst is provided “as is” during the pilot programme. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SalonFirst is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice where possible. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
